Description of the project
The task: to program the robot platform like a modern car in a parking lot. To complete this task, children will have to use their knowledge in Scratch to use the robot laboratory as a full-fledged control joystick for the robot. To prevent the collision of the "machine" it is supposed to apply three sensors: one IR and two touches. The laboratory, using its game of LEDs and a sound signal, should warn the "driver" of the concealed danger behind or in front of the machine. When approaching the obstacle in front, the infrared sensor emits a light (blinking red LED) and a sound signal to the robot laboratory, which is to be driven off, when approaching the barrier from the rear, a light (blinking yellow LED) and audio signals are also fed to the robot laboratory. The robot is programmed in such a way that when it comes into contact with the obstacle from the rear, it after a while moves and stops.
